Who we're looking for

We'd rather work with a few schools deeply than many superficially.

We're particularly interested in:

UK primary or secondary schools — state, MAT, or independent
Heads or SLT with appetite to be involved in product design
Schools that already have a few Pencil users — though it's not required
A willingness to give 60-90 minutes a month of feedback time, with at least one school leader involved

What's the time commitment?

60-90 minutes per month: a product call plus written feedback. We'll fit around term time and exam seasons.

Is there a cost during the design partner phase?

No. The full programme is free during the pilot. When the LMS launches publicly, you'll convert to founder pricing — 30% off, locked for as long as you're a Vicerta customer.

What if it's not for us after a few months?

You can leave the programme any time, no notice required.

Will our data be safe?

Yes. We're GDPR compliant by design and we'll sign a Data Processing Agreement with every partner school. Pupil data is treated with the seriousness it deserves.

How does this relate to Pencil?

Pencil is our live product — an AI teaching assistant. The Vicerta LMS is the platform we're building around it. Design partners get whole-school Pencil included.
