3. Using the website

You may view, browse, and submit the Design Partner application form for normal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the site in any way that breaks the law or breaches any third party's rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our infrastructure or other users' data
• Submit false, misleading, or automated form submissions
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest content beyond normal browser use, except for legitimate search engine indexing
• Use the site to distribute malware, spam, or harmful content

4. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, design, code, brand marks, photographs, and the Vicerta name and logo — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may share links to public pages, but you may not reproduce or republish substantial portions without our written permission.

5. The Design Partner Programme

Submitting an application is not a contract. We will respond to every applicant, but acceptance into the programme is at our discretion. The terms of the programme itself — including any commitments, pricing, and obligations — will be set out in a separate Design Partner Agreement signed by accepted partners and Vicerta.

Founder pricing of "30% off, locked for life" applies to design partners who complete the programme and convert to a paying customer when the Vicerta school management platform launches publicly. "Locked for life" means for as long as you remain a continuous, paying Vicerta customer.

The information on this site is provided in good faith for general information. We do our best to keep it accurate and up to date, but we don't make any warranties about completeness, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Forward-looking statements about future Vicerta products, features, and timelines are aspirational, not contractual. We may change our roadmap based on what we learn from design partners.

7. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited under English law. Subject to that, we will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of this site.

8. Third-party links

Pages on this site link to third-party sites we don't control (including pencil.vicerta.com, Resend, Supabase, and our social media profiles). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

9. Changes to the site or these terms

We may change the site at any time, including adding, removing, or modifying content. We may also update these terms; the "last updated" date above will reflect any changes. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
